4 Ways to Wear Studded Ankle Boots

I have seen so many similar boot to the ones I have in loads of different shops so I thought I'd do a post in the hope that many people would be able to relate who may have similar shoes.

My Shoes

These shoes are from Office and are really comfy and versatile so I've got lots of wear out of them. They cost £80, which is the most expensive item of clothing I've ever bought, I think I got excited after getting my birthday money and being able to use student discount for the first time. They were worth it though! I keep seeing clothes I want to buy so I really want a job now, even though I have hardly any time.

Outfit 1 - Casual But Fun

Primark are really good for print tops like this one which I got from there ages ago. I think these sort of tops can be fun and mean you don't have to make as much of an effort with the rest of the outfit. H and M have some really cool jeans at the moment like these which I got for £24.99.

Outfit 2 - Shorts and Statement Tights

I have an obession with tights that's bordering on abnormal and these ones look like a comic strip so i couldn't resist them when I first saw them. I think they're from Dark Muse which do amazing tights (and Topshop do as well). I know some people hate tights and ankle boots together but I like it : altough I did wear socks under my boots just for extra grip.

Outfit 3 - Smart Casual

This outfit is smart casual as I have dressed down the dress with a denim waistcoast.Plus, as Gok Wan* has taught me a belt around your waist enhances your figure more. Again I have worn the boots with some simple black tights (they actually have a stocking effect with little pink hearts on but this is covered by the dress).

Outfit 4 - Little Black Dress

This outfit wasn't actually intended for this blog post as I was just wearing it out-and-about and thought I might as well stick it in. It's quite similar to the previous outfit. But I wore a longer denim jacket and tights (again!) with various London landmarks on.

Thanks for reading!

Outfit of the day: College Series

So for the first time in my life I don't have to wear a uniform. I was really excited about being able to choose my outfits but soon realised I was starting to run out of ideas. So I decided to do a series of 'Outfit of the day' posts to maybe give people ideas of casual outfits to wear.

I like this outfit as it's super comfortable with a loose-fitting shirt and black leggings. I'm usually wary of leggins because of VPL and camel toe but with this outfit especially it was fine as I wore a long shirt. Also, I'm a massive fan of the collar-trend which is still around now so I love the embellishment on the collar of this shirt. I added some colour and warmth with a green hoodie and red gilet as I love my outfits to be bright even if they clash sometimes!

Price List - (Anything that I bought recently and is still likely to be in stores)

Shirt - Primark £10
Leggings - Oasis £12
