My Prom!

So I recently had my prom! Choosing a prom dress was harder than I thought it was going to be. There are so many different styles to choose from and there were so many I liked. The one I finally decided on was (as you can see) fitted and pink at the top with a sweetheart neckline but then at the bottom it had layers of black ruffles. I bought the dress online but it was originally a cream colour, the colour I choose was called 'watermelon.' I liked the colour as it was unusual but it was impossible to find shoes that matched it. I bought my shoes from Schuh.

I went against the trend of having a long prom dress as I wanted to buy a dress that I wouldn't just wear once and knowing me I'm more likely to wear a shorter dress. I dressed up my outfit with a side bun using the doughnut to make it more elegant and dotted the cute hairclips with flowers on in my head. Also, I wore a matching necklace and dangly earrings that looked quite classy.I really admire the typical Victorian silhouette where a dress goes in at the waist and then out at the bottom, so I guess that was my inspiration.

Plus, sorry there aren't any pictures of me in the dress they're not on my camera. So I need to get the camera, I will try to post them ASAP.
